The Island is located to south east direction of Cebu Island. There are a lot of natural wonders to see in this Island. There are different types of tours like whale watching tour and dolphin watching tour. The best times to visit these Islands are in the months of March and June. Here are some of the attractions of the Island as it is impossible to include all the attractions.Chocolate Hills
There are 1200 hills that are shaped like cones. These hills spread over an area of 50 square kilometers. The brown color of the hills makes it to look like as if it is a hill of chocolates. The brown color is due to the limestone coloration. The hills are very tall. They range from 30 meters and 120 meters. All the visitors of Bohol Island admire Chocolate hills. Panglao Island
There are lots of adventure caves in Bohol. There are 1000 caves in Bohol. Hinagdanan cave is there. It is also situated at Panglao Island. This cave is great for expeditions. There are crystals in the winding passages of caves. While passing through the cave, you can see the glittering of the crystals. If you are planning to reach by sea, then Tagbilaran City Port is there. This is a busy port as many ships come every day for the Tagbilaran City Port. Tagbilaran City has airport also.
